HoneySyrup (1/2 oz)

ChiliInfusion (1/4–1/2 oz)

Instructions

Muddle Mint Leaves (2 oz) in a shaker.

Add Cachaça (2 oz) and Honey Syrup (1/2 oz) and Chili Infusion (1/4–1/2 oz) with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Garnish with a wedge of lime or orange.
