Cucumber(2-3 slices)

Instructions

Muddle Cucumber (2-3 slices) in a shaker.

Add Lime Juice (2 oz) and Egg White (1 oz) and Pineapple Juice (1 oz) with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.
