Thyme(1/2 oz)

CoffeeLiqueur (2 oz)

1/2of a Cinnamon Stick (1/2 oz)
Instructions

Add Cachaça (2 oz) and Thyme (1/2 oz) and Coffee Liqueur (2 oz) and 1/2 of a Cinnamon Stick (1/2 oz) with ice.

Shake or stir with ice based on preference.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Add a note to muddle or garnish with thyme.

Garnish with a wedge of lime or orange.

For added aroma, smoke with hickory, rosemary, or cinnamon using a cloche or torch.
