Mezcal (2oz)

EggWhite (1 oz)

Cucumber(2-3 slices)

MintLeaves (3-5 leaves)

CreamLiqueur (1 oz)
Instructions

Muddle Cucumber (2-3 slices) and Mint Leaves (2 oz) in a shaker.

Add Mezcal (2 oz) and Egg White (1 oz) with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a mint sprig, cucumber slice.

Garnish with a wedge of lime or orange.
