Instructions

Muddle Basil (3-5 leaves) in a shaker.

Add Sake (2 oz) and Bitters (2-3 drops) and Orange Juice (1/2 oz) and Pineapple Juice (1/2 oz) with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
