Grenadine(1/2 oz)

Thyme(1 oz)

Bitters(2-3 drops)
Instructions

Add Mezcal (2 oz) Mezcal (2 oz); Grenadine (2 oz); Thyme (1 oz); Bitters (2-3 drops) and Grenadine (2 oz) and Thyme (1 oz) and Bitters (2-3 drops) with ice.

Stir well with ice until chilled.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Add a note to muddle or garnish with thyme.

Garnish with a rasberry, wedge of lime or orange.
