Thyme(2 oz)
Instructions

Add Tequila (2 oz) and Coffee Liqueur (2 oz) and Coconut Cream (1 oz) and Thyme (2 oz) with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Add a note to muddle or garnish with thyme.

Garnish with a sprig of thyme or piece of fresh coconut.

For added aroma, smoke with hickory, rosemary, or cinnamon using a cloche or torch.
