Instructions

In a shaker, combine whiskey, peach purée (or schnapps), pineapple juice, and lemon juice.

Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with fresh ice.

Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a thin peach slice if available.
