Instructions

Add Sake (2 oz) and Lemon Liqueur (2 oz) and Honey Syrup (1/2 oz) and Thyme (2 oz) with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

Add a note to muddle or garnish with thyme.
